Climbing Cone
Another method used in climbing formwork systems is based on leaving permanent anchors within the concrete and solely removing the cone. In this system, the position of the climbing cones is fixed by using locating pins, and then concrete is poured. After the concrete hardens, the locating pin is removed and a support pulley is installed in its place. Finally, the climbing bracket is brought in and securely placed onto the pulley.

Areas of Use
Climbing Cone, is one of the essential connection elements that serve the function of load bearing and form stabilization in climbing formwork systems. It is designed to safely transfer loads to anchors during form assembly. After the concrete pouring is completed, the cone is removed, leaving the permanent anchor hollow, allowing the system to be reused in subsequent phases.
Advantages of the Climbing Cone:
✅ Strong and Durable Structure: Manufactured from high-strength steel.
✅ Easy to Dismantle and Reassemble: Allows for the long-lasting use of the anchor remaining in concrete.
✅ High Load Capacity: Ensures the safe transport of form systems.
✅ Efficient Use: Enhances workplace safety by working in harmony with climbing brackets and suspension rollers.
Climbing Cone offers a safe and efficient construction process, especially in large-scale projects such as high-rise buildings, bridges, dams, and industrial facilities. Contact us for more information and a special price quote!
